Got a quick post this week! Had some schedule abnormalities, but managed to get all 3 workouts in!
- Usual speed work. Just over 1 mi, at 4.9 mph.
- Weights! I wasn’t able to get to the gym, but had access to a couple 15lb dumbbells so was able to get a workout in!
- 5 sets of
- Side lifts
- Shoulder presses
- Overhead triceps extensions
- 5x each per set
- Broke my distance PR! Hit 2.5 mi, which is great because the 5k is actually next week, not later on in March like I thought. Did it in 35 min.
