Better late than never! Here’s my summary for last week. I think I’m getting into a much better groove in terms of splitting my workouts out into specific parts and not feeling like I have to do a full body workout each time.


  • Ran 1 mile, ~12:30 pace


  • 10x for all, 4 sets
  • chest press 2 10lbs plates
  • curls 15
  • shoulder press 15
  • tri extension 15
  • squats 15


  • Ran 2 miles. Didn’t feel great while on the run, but pushed through!
